SICF is a set subjects and questions a professional coach may use for a great effectiveness of an individual coaching session. SICF may be used by managers as well, when they feel the need of a well structured, straight to the point, coaching intervention for their subordinates.
The coach uses the main idea of the STELL*R Leadership model: “our results are strongly influenced by our habits”.
